It trades durability for speed and disruption, smashing light formations at close range while carrying a secondary AA missile launcher to deter opportunistic aircraft.

Best used for: Chasing down light fleets, breaking tight formations, coastal raids, screening your main navy
Avoid: Extended frontline brawls, long-range duels, or diving into heavy torpedo/sub threats alone
